Academic standards and Recruiting
Although an outside agency can assist the college to increase their enrollments with this type of marketing,a licensed recruiter will not only provide correct information to the prospective student but, they can have the student meet with the appropriate Academic chair assisting the student with a better program match. An outside agency must make sure that their infromation is not misleading.
I agree recruiting needs to be done by a agent of the school who is informed about all graduation requirements, financial and contractual obligations, graduation placement rates and other information about their program of choice. It is so easy to give out false information when you do not know the correct answer to a question.
Recruiting is best accomplished by an agent of the school. This person is aware of and is knowedgeable about the graduation requirements,financial and contractual obligations,graduation and placement rates and other information about the program so that the student can make an informed decision.
