In order for a prospect to make an informed decision, they should have been provided with every aspect of the enrollment process, being an active student and what to expect upon graduation.

Thoroughly informing the student of everything on what to expect as a student at our institution along with placement rates, refund policies and so on does the prospective student justice and is plain and simply the right thing to do

Good point Kim. To ensure we are giving our students the best experience we can an agent needs to cover all this information up front so every student understands their commitment and outcome.

it is imperative that the student with their parent or employer visit our school to see our hands on approach. We must have a commitment from them to give them the best opportunity for future and long term employment towards a career.

I agree. Anyone employee that does not take a student through the whole enrollment process is doing them a disservice.
