Agent Training
In addition to the online courses, what types of training programs has your school developed for its recruiting and admissions personnel?
We have yearly seminars concerning ideas for increasing enrollments. We establish specific times during the year that we will do mass mailings to all inguiries over the past year. Also we will visit all high schools that exist in the areas surrounding the 3 campuses of our school.
We have daily phone call follow-ups to make sure all student enrollments are accurate.
The only additional training our admission directors received is at the annual Inservice when the directors of our campuses get together and exchange ideas.
At our school along with the online courses available to agents, they can also work with agents who have been in the field for many years. The agents can give them support and training in a personalized way.
We do not have any other types of training programs for the recruiting and admissions personnel. I feel they should have more ongoing training other than this requirement.
I wouldn't say we have training programs per say, but we have regular meetings of anyone who is involved in recruiting to make sure that we all stay on the same page, we review the methods allowed and make sure we review the methods not allowed so we don't make any mistakes.
