Catalogs

If a catalog is published twice a year, does the published date change at each publication?

Yes, the date is updated when published.

June,

Yes, the date should be changed each time it is published/revised.

Kimberly Stein

The original date remains and the revision date of the new publication is entered as well.

The publish date does remain the same however, assuming that your school updates the catalog with "many things" or items that need to be per your review as required by accreditation bodies, you always want to include the updated revised catalog date under the original yearly publish date. We do this to simply show catalog progression with the most recent changes which makes us always give the most recent revised catalog to new students and the addendum pages to current students.

The original published date remains but the date of the updated catalog is inserted
