Current and potential future students, staff and faculty, the community and the employers in the are obvious victims of non-compliant actions. The other is the entire industry of career colleges in that area and possibly throughout the state. Students and others who have been aggrieved by this noncompliant action by one school may not trust any other school or institution offering similar programs and their lives therefore may never be changed.

Pamela,

All valid points with negative consequences for all stakeholders when noncompliance occurs. Thanks for your comments.

Future students, the community, and the employees of the organization are affected by non-compliant actions. Future students will not be able to have a chance to experience what the school has to offer; the community will lose a tax paying business, and employees will lose a job.

Possibly the community in which the facility is located. If the school is a known as "bad" or a "negative" facility the communities will now and be against any support for the facility.
