Must a Director Designee meet the Standard requirements for a Director
A designee, no doubt, is representing the school, so need to have good reputation. S/he must be a normal person, at least show some educational motivation and spirit. Not to mention in his/her ability to communicate properly with the perspective students, and, need to understand to follow the rules and procedure set by authority. S/he must have good qualitative ability to provide feedback from callers and perspectives student's about the school, which ultimately helps for the growth of the school.

Thank you for your post. A designee need not meet the same requirements as the campus director. However, with the responsibilities entrusted to a designee, I suggest you choose a person with strong academic credentials, substantial work experience, and good communication skills. The designee represents you and the institution if and when they are in a position to work with the TWC.
