The physical papers do present themselves well but an important aspect is that if you print your materials you must be prepared to update materials at regular intervals.

I personally would prefer to have the physical resources available to show the student and compare if necessary. The physical papers may be useful in demonstrating a process and by handling the forms it may eliminate confusion.
