I definitely agree Maria. Having been in the industry for more than 8 years, I've watched become too comfortable with students and as opposed to create a professional environment they become too involved with the student. As a Director of Admissions, interview observations, constant training and coaching are tools that I utilize to encourage complete professional behavior and to remind representatives of their correct responses and engagements with both students and potential students.
