Is it best to offer the student ride share possibilities after they have exasperated their own personal options for transportation?

In my school students get along well and offer each other ride whenever possible. I've encouraged this practice despite liability issues.
Even the staff also tried to help this way. We're able to do because of the amount of students attending the school per semester.
Christopher, that is a great question. I would encourage you to look internally at your school's policies regarding the liability there. Keep us posted on your search.
