Turning critics into players.

I have found that our team is divided in groups that tend to throw blame over other members of the team. I am sure that is not a new thing in any company. Friendly meetings that invite the members to get excited about projects and promotes "brainstorming", almost always create an atmosphere of cooperation and unity.

Victoria, It's all in how you present the material, right? What are some things you can do to make all members of the group more comfortable and not feel blamed?
