You can definetely tell if someone is interested in what you are talking about or understand the importance of what you are talking about.
Ramiro, that's a great question. Body language is just one way to connect with someone else, there are many others. But you bring up a great point that it is a quick way to engage someone else. Think of the last time you talked to someone with closed body language, arms crossed and not looking at you versus when someone leans in and has a more open body language. With whom would you rather spend your time talking?
