Tone of voice is extremely important when communicating with others. It can literally make a conversation that was mean't in a good way, turn bad, just by the way you say it.

Tone of voice is extremely important. if you work over a phone system, your voice is the only method of communication other than your words. you should try to smile while you are talking, it helps brimg up the tone of your voice.

The tone of ones voice is a very powerful tool. The type of work I do it is very important that i watch my tone because i never know the type person i will be speaking with.
