I think that this is really important especially when it comes to marketing the school.
Social media seems to be more and more popular by the day. I am glad you brought it up. Although venues such as twitter, facebook, and the rest are popular. I believe they should be kept in perspective. Overall communication should be mixed up as much as possible; face-to-face, telephone, email, chats and social media
