Body language is very powerful and reflects almost everything you represent. It is so important to maintain a good poise while communicating effectively what you are going to say and shows how well you are listening or how much you care. If I see someone slouch when I am buying something, I feel like they don't care. If I see someone keep their arms crossed, I feel that they want to over-power me and just make the sale. It is so important to keep all these perspectives in mind while trying to relate a message or communicate with anyone sitting in front of you.
