Body Language
How do you manage the Body Language of more than one person?
We really can learn a lot about how a person is feeling by watching their body language. How does this help you in your role?
Waching somebodys Body Language can tell you so much about a person and how they are responding to you.
Sherri,
Absolutely! You show a number of approaches to engage others and even questions we can all ask ourselves. Good practices!

Keen observation is so important to assessing body language! Multi-task by checking out the other people in the conversation with you. Are they paying attention? why not? is the environment distracting? can you move to a quieter location with the group? Can you engage the uninvolved person in the conversation? direct eye contact sometimes shows you see the person is not as involved as they should be... Care about all of the participants! Speak with importance, be engaging, so all WANT to listen!
When you speak with more that one person you interact with everybody.
Great insight, Ron. Assessing a person's body language can tell you a great deal about the feeling behind the message. Keep up the good work.

Assessment of a person's body language should always be examined when communicating with a student.
I agree you need to make sure that you understand the culture to read the body language in some countries looking at someone in the eyes is a sing of direspect.
but have people of different cultures and nationalities that I focus all have and want to overcome a single goal, I look into your eyes and ask them to look ahead and tell me how they look after having reached its goal.
Interesting approach, Carlos. It's great to hear that you put your focus on the student. How might you adapt your approach and body language when working with a student who is uncomfortable with eye contact?
I try to keep eye contact with the prospective at all times. I figure if stay focus on him or her, my body language will not change.
I tried to concentrate my mind in what i need to say and have a central point but i also make eye contact with each one.
Great question Joy! What do you think would be the best way to accomplish this?
