Modeling appropriate body language...

What are some key positions/stances that would make me appear to be intriqued and fully attentive?

This courses teaches that if a person is looking away when I am speaking to them that I may be a intrusion. How do you convey the importance of listening with eyes and body language as well as their ears to someone who insists that they are listening while they are watching the television?

Amber, great question. In order to fully engage with someone else, it's important that you listen not only with your ears, but with your eyes and with your body language. Leaning in and making eye contact can certainly help with this. I wonder, what other examples do you see?
