What are the best techniques for advancing listening skills? Are there any good videos on You Tube that are recommended?
You're right, Caitlin! It certainly helps to "clean our filters" when we are listening, but it's not easy! Letting go of preconceived notions we have about people, books, movies, etc and learning to form our opinions "in the moment" is one step we can take. Can you think of other ways to clean your listening filters?
