I'm pretty good at reading body language. It has helped me very much.
That's a great observation, Doug. When 'listening' to another person we need to make sure that we watch for conflicting messages that their body language can send. I'm curious, when you notice that the body language is different than the words, what do you say or do to move forward?
Being abe to read body language is very important! Their mouth may say "yes" but if the body says "no" then "NO" is the answer. that makes a big difference in closing or not closing.
