Communication

The most important thing in human being it is definitely the communication, and the way communicate each otter even without talk demonstrated everything we are from inside out...

communication is a key to establishing a relationship with someone. Open lines of communication are necessary to make a job, school or any type of relationship work.

Because of the overhwelming amount of communication that we have non-verbally with students, I think that it is so important for us to be on top of our game. Coming into work and meeting with students with a positive attitude will reflect not only on us and our level of professionalism, but also on the University for which we work.

Recognizing that we are always being watched should open the opportunity for betterment and an honest evaluation of our different communication forms.

That's a great point Ramiro. We are the only species that communicates in a variety of ways. We can connect with one another without even saying a word. I'm curious, what does this mean for our work with students?
