time management
how can we overcome when the student work full time and want to go to school but doesn't have the time
our school provides evening classes and it's only 4 hours. we have a great advantage to the student. we also have 10 to 15 students per class.
That sounds like a great approach ,Tyler. Being able to talk to the benefits and attributes of your degree program is great!

I often give the advantages of our degrees and help in career placement as some advantages to dropping hours for a short degree program to increase their overall earning potential. With this approach I always dig more into the family details such as kids, spouse working, etc. That way I can relate it to what will be best for the individuals family in the long run.
You organize the students schedules and give them options on how their working full time can also still play a part in going to school. Providing the schools schedules whether they are working nights they can go to school in the day.
Those are great suggestions Chantal. As we all know, going to school takes time and is often a challenge for students to juggle with their work and family schedules. Every student is different so working with the student and asking them questions to help them determine the best option for them is one approach. Having scheduling options and online programs helps too! Thank you for your post.
Depending on which program the prospective student is interested in, my school offers day and evening classes. If the student works fulltime duuring the day, I suggest going to school at night until their schedule might change. If they cannot start school altogether, I suggest completing the enrollment process for the next term, that way they still feel like they are accomplishing something towards going back to school.
