Many great points stated. All I can say is that I will be reviewing the topics in this sections to see what our institution can put into play. One this is recording information. I believe in the power of information. We do not go a good enough job in recoding results, etc from our advertising and marketing efforts. Looking forward to using some of these topics in bring some light to our institution.

We totally agree in the importance of measuring results to gain information. Without information - data - it is really quite impossible to make decisions. So - gathering and analyzing information is a must. Also sharing it.
