FERPA
Is there a generic or boiler point language to use on a website for FERPA? Do we also have to include on the FL academic catalog and enrollment agreement?

I have found AACRAO to be a great resource for FERPA. They have publications that include sample language for forms and policies, training documents, and much more information! Check http://aacrao.org/ for available information. Check to see if your institution is a member for access to some items online and discounts on publications. Many factors tie to the requirements in catalogs and enrollment agreements so, depending on other language within those documents, and other agency requirements, it is best to check with your institution's compliance/regulatory/legal expert(s).
