Registrar/Unoffcial estimates of Credits
can the registrar perform unofficial estimates as to the students' transferability of credits? When will it be considered an Official one? I am an Admissions Representative.

This can depend on the institution's policies but, from a regulatory perspective, it is permissible for a registrar to perform transfer credit evaluations. Most schools deem a review "official" when they evaluate against an official transcript from the institution(s) previously attended.
