Drug and Alcohol abuse prevention
If a student is accused of abussing drugs, and they are asked to give a drug test and refuse it could that be seen as discrimination?
No, this is not discrimination it is for the integrity of the program.
An administrator feels like a student is under the influence, they can ask to take a drug test but documentation needs to be added for the safety of the school and student.

If it is part of the school policy to do so I don't think so.
