Conflict of Interest

It is good to know there are requirements in place in order to prevent any conflicts of interest between departments.

Yes, for instance as an example it is a requirement for student finance to help a studentwith FA paper work and answer any questions the stuedent may have but Admissions DEM can not answer or help with FA because this would cause a coflict of interest.

I agree there should be stimulations to prevent a hostile enviornment after the conflicts have been resolved!

That is not a conflict of interest, but rather a disgruntled employee. We just had Diversity Training and learned to not take it out on fellow employees or within a dept. Makes the workplace a not fun place to be in.
