Testing your employees
We as a school update our academic catalog twice a year. During those updates we are quizzing our faculty and staff to make sure they know and understand the updates. Whether it is just a new academic calendar or if it is a change in the externship requirements. We want our team to know everything about their department changes as possible. All new employees are required to take a catalog quiz using the most recent catalog and pass.
Quizzes are a great idea. It would keep everyone fresh on rules and regulations.

Quarterly training's are an excellent way to stay on top of what is happening in your industry. Face to face training's have a stronger impact because of the staffs ability to interact with trainer on a more personal level.

IN the institution I work for, we have quarterly training and constant updates of any changes. There is a face to face training twice a year, and assessments.
