Invisible disabilities
Shouldn't the Instructor or staff be informed of disabilities involving any invisible disabilities
that a student has?
Theosious,
Why? If there is something that the instructor can or should be doing in order to assure equal access for those students, then the instructor should be notified with enough information and lead time to make those changes happen. But if there is no "need to know" -- nothing different that should be done -- then the student's status as a person with a disability is a private matter.
