I'm sure you are right. Hypothetically speaking, my disability is as important to me as yours is to you-and having equal access under the law, regardless of the type of disability is equally important to both of us as persons with disabilities.

It could be considered as descrimination

A disability is a disability. One might appear more severe than the other.
But to the person with that problem, there most likely is no difference.
