Reality Check - often times, we as people forget that a person with a disability is still a person and in our forgetfulness, we tend to treat them different. Therefore, every now and then a reality check is needed.
Any college or university should strive on honesty. You know that old saying "HONEST IS THE BEST POLICY".
A college of integrity and morals should disclose the chances of employment to all perspective consumers. There are students without a disability who have criminal records and that put them at a disadvantage as well.
Consequently, does a person with a criminal record have a better chance than a person with a disability?
