Employ Case-by- Case Consideration
I like this approach which reasonable modifications must be made, so they are not discriminatory. Knowing that we have the ability to modify a particular policy, procedure, or practice in order to provide access is awesome. However we still need to be careful and consider all the ramifications and procedures when making a decision.
I think as long as any adjustment is fair and actually needed, when a modification is made to a policy, it should be great!
