Totally agree with this module!

I have learned that it is necessary to complete the /Admissions Staff Training course before you can work as an Admissions representative. It is also necessary to keep up with new regulations and policies and complete continuing education. I also know the importantance of knowing the terms associated with admissions.

After reading the module I can say that I have learnt about the importance of this training regarding the admissions process and policies. It is important that we as Admissions Representatives stay updated about the rules of the Florida department of Education. Also, it is very important to know the definitions of the commonly used words in order to use them correctly during our communication with the students and also other members of the staff.

I have learned the importance of knowing certain terms and definitions that will be useful for an admissions rep. I also am getting a detailed overview of how the training works as well as how it is implimented within my department.

I Learned that a full-time Admissions Representative at school locations is required to have the CM201 Admissions Training. I also learned that keeping a notebook with everything in it can be key to success.

I learned that you cannot say you're an counselor, advisor or any similar term. That this license only last for 1 year.

hello, this will also be my first admissions position and the traning has been very informative.

Hello,

As Admission Representative we have to understand and follow all the proceadures about compliance. This is a big responsability, because we need to be prepared for any case or escenario that we are gonna atend in any moment.

Hi, this is my first position as an Admission's Agent, and I will say i am learning a lot of great useful resources , such as rules, regulations, and how to prepare yourself and your resource note book, so you can answer questions that your perspective student and family may have. I am really excited to learn more.

Hi! So far in this module, I've learned the importance of keeping a resource notebook or having an easy-to-navigate digital resource "library" since having access to this information could make or break a conversation with an interested student and their family. Additionally, since this is also my first admissions position, I learned just how much of my daily tasks and encounters with employees, the Program Director, and students fall under regulations set by CIE, MEAC, and the Florida Department of Education.

I've learned the importance of following all the rules and regulations for the good of our students, first and foremost and the institution we are representing as agents or recruiters.

I learned the importance of people skills/organization and that filing sometimes isnt as easy as keeping an updated notebook. and the importance of placement post graduation

I Learned the requirements to be an admissions rep and that its not about computer skills or admision of people its people skills, legal binding, enrollment importance and to always be informed and to job placements for graduates post school.

I have learned the difference between an Admissions Specialist and an Agent, as well as, the importance of a resource notebook.

I haven't worked in Admission in a very long time so this course is a great refresher for me and a great way to get up to date on more of the current regulations.  One of the many interesting things to me was the Fair Consumer Practices.  I am going to go and read those 13 paragraphs it mentioned.

I've learned it is important to learn all terms assoicated with this course and to keep up to date with all new rules and regulations to be sucessful.

I have learned a lot about the admisssion process.

Good afternnon, I have been an educator for the past three years; it has been quite a journey. I enjoy what I do, and this module is very iformative.

Hello, I have learned the importance of being informed with any updated regulations or policies concerning admissions or my institution. I have learned the importance of understanding the terms and definitions within the regulations as it relates to our institution. I have learned that having a resource book can be vital in helping me provide the most accurate information. And, finally, I have learned that continuing education is an important part of this role.

It is important to stay curent and learn definitions!
