It's very important to instill the concept of the rights and responsibilities to a student borrower. Communication is the KEY. Making sure to convey the message in a language/term that students can easily understand.

It is an important information for student that understand the rights and responsabilities in have student loans.

This was great information that will be communicated to the person. Again, communication is key here, so making that everything is said properly is always a plus. 

 

I have learned that Exit Counseling is just as important as Entrance Counseling as well as Dispursement Notifications to keep the student in the loop.

 

This is excellent information to assist FA with default prevention. All of us can assist with this effort to improve the university!

Exit counsuling is very important when a student is graduating. 

Strong communication throughout the enrollment process is key! especially different styles and efforts to reach out to as many types of students as possible!

Good overview of required information to review with student. Difference between deferment and forbearance very significant.
