How a new career services employee implement great ideas to management

I have tried and I have not been successful do to the fact that they are used to the way the department has been run. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Great that you are contacting employers. What a great idea that you contact the employer whenever they hire your graduates. It is important to ask them how job ready the graduate is and what additional training might be needed. Once you establish a relationship with employers you can stay in touch and ask about job openings and other kinds of training that is needed. Thanks, Susan

I can reach out the employers, everytime the students needs new jon opennings, I learn how to manage i social media too.

That is a challenge. Results always gets attention. Can you reach out to employers and companies that can employ your grads and increase the number of job openings from them. Can you get the current data on graduation and placement and then in 2 months show how you improved the rates? What ways can you show a difference as a result of doing things differently.
