Dealing with Disgruntled Graduates

How do you deal with graduates who are known to have issues dealing with employment, but are not coming to us to access the services we have to offer? At the same time we know that they are disgruntled and try to help them and they still refuse our services.

Many times graduates only visit the placement center right before graduation. There is a growing trend to begin engaging freshman so they have a realistic perspective of the job market along with the tools needed to effectively seek employment.
