Names & Contact Info
Hello,
My question regards providing Alumni names and contact information. This information is limited in postings..correct?
I understand the need to make this information readily available however, when I answered this question I was focused more on the Alumni s privacy... Position title and contact information.
What would be the appropriate measure?

OK - that makes sense. We want our graduates to be able to have the information they need to contact us.

My understanding of the question regarding contact information on the website for the Alumni Association was that it was in regards to the Institution's staff members contact information so that anyone interested in joining the association or who had questions could contact the staff at the school. ie: Alan Smith, Director of Alumni Association, (123) 456-7890, etc.

I'm a little confused as to your question and which postings you are referring to? Could you provide a little more explanation?
