Internal Customers

If it wasn't for our internal customers, the instructors here would be at a loss. There are many times we rely on our internal customers (Student Services, F/A, Accounting, ect.) and not even realize what is going on. The instructor staff here does appreciates our internal customers.

I really hope so, the students are the customers. We are not trained (to say as instructors) of all the right information required, that is the internal customers jobs.

I agree, Our internal customers really help our students with the right answers to their questions and needs, which frees up the instructors to focus on delivering the information the students need for learning and understanding the material.

David, Allowing the expert to answer questions is a great way to ensure correct information is being delivered. What can you do to strengthen your skills so that you are able to provide some of the same information (within compliance)?

for all questions about student support in the school I like to direct them to the department that specialize in the subject matter. The students' questions are answered correctly and don't get miss informed by the instructor.
