Expectations & Satisfaction

I've had students in my class talking amongst one another, & over heard them talking about what the Rep had told them about various programs or courses, & how they were lied to.

I would try to get the needed information from the student to check into these allegations & they would just blow me off saying,"What good would it do now...I'm too busy to dea lwith it".

I'd take it to the Manager, but the student would not go any further.

I am however proud to say, it's been well over two years since I've heard any discussion of that subject.

Retentionablity definitely starts in admissions.

Realistic expections should be formulated by conveying accurate information during the admissions process.

Retentionability can be further perpetuated by providing professional student services and instruction.
