Retention
This is a very good course and addresses the challenges of quality vs. retension instructors face everyday. In the end, I have to ensure the quality of the course is not compromised because students will begin to expect more of themselves in the end.
Presumably the student was sufficiently motivated to make a significant financial commitment. What do you think happened?

The biggest problem that I face or have seen is that they lack motivation. And it is really important for a student to stay in a course he or she has enrolled, to be motivated and inspired to complete it.He or she should be aware of the benefits and good things related to the completion of the course.
No question that family members share in the student experience albeit indirectly. Inevitably, there will be time conflicts. Hopefully, the family is committed to the same goals as the student.

Retention of students can sometime be a challenge especially when the student do not have support from the family. This issue often comes up if the student is married with children and works part time.
