8 Stages
How many people on your campus have been trained in the 8 stage process and how do you determine who a student should meet with to discuss their issue?

We have not used the 8 stage process, but as a Program Chair- I definitely see this process as very useful. I have a couple of students that I am working with at this point- Both are at-risk. This will be a great help in future advising.
Christopher, I'm no longer actively involved with a campus, but I would submit that the 8 stage process is something everyone should be familiar with. It can be presented as an in-service program or in small doses at all campus meetings.
