Actually, I have scheduled a seminar for retention in May. This will be an in-service for instructors. It will cover 5 topics from Personal Empowerment for Instructors, Adjusting students attitude and building self-confidence, How to include personal development in student curriculum, as well as other topics. It will run for 2 hours.

Would it be possible to convene a meeting of representatives from nearby institutions to discuss retention issues? What would you like to see covered in a seminar?
