Be Clear About Your Expectatios
Students need to know the The 5 W's that will help them become successful in their careers and ultimately in life. The 5 W's can help them clarify a short term goal.

5. What
I agree 100% about "Being Clear About Your Expectations" and most of all be sure to follow through with what you say. Even though we tend to do what we can for retention, we still have to make sure our students know that they will be held responsible for there actions. Sometimes we spend so much time trying to make people happy, we forget to educate.
This is great transparency for both the student and the Admission Representative. I will post these 5 why's in my office so that I make sure I meet and exceed my students needs.
I agree with the 5 w's but the how is very important.
