RETENION
a school must have a very good retenion program to be successful operation. it , also, must be able to ajust to changing conditions.
This is a great idea. When I was a student back in the day i would really enjoyed a retenion program, because it was difficult to make it through school and work. I'm glad the schools are doing it now.
Definitely. We always have to be flexible if we want to keep our students coming back day after day.
Absolutely, they should be flexible, teachable and trainable.
I have found that the instructors need to learn new porducts as they teach older products to help students retain knowledge of new products.
Jack i completely agree. Times continue to change and with that the problems that students face change as well. in the end it s a continuously evolving matter.
