Retention
Hello,
Retention is the responsibility of all parties. The commitment that the student see from their instructor helps to set a foundation for learning.
Retention comes from all school employes, from the director,addmissions, student services, teachers, and counslers.We must all see and listen to our students so we my help if problems arise.
I also agree the disturbing part is when the different departments of the college look at each department as some sort of competitor. This type of behavior does nothing good for the school. For example when an instructor talks bad about a different department.
I agree! Most students see all college employees as one group working with them.
