Building Retention Programs

This module addressed all the right topic for retention whether it is in a school environment or a work environment. Having the right person to give that first impression is a big key to success of retention.

I definitely agree with you. First impressions are very important and should be followed by great customer service.

I sit on a retention committee at school and of all the tools we use, and we have many, I have found that early and often is a great way to start.
