Do your instructional colleagues share this view, Robert? Some other Forum entries suggest that admissions or administration are primarily responsible for any retention problems.
It is a collective process but I feel the instructors have the highest responsibility. We are forward facing of the student everyday and will be the first to see changes in them. We should facilitate the process by connecting them with the right services or the right peer that can help them be successful.
Agreed, Maurice, but who takes the lead in the collective process?
