You're more optimistic than I am, Merrick. If it was that simple, all our students would graduate and get great jobs.
this is easy to d ot when the student is well informed fromt he beginign of the expectations and goals of the class.

the more info you give and keep it simple for them the more the will like you because were I work you give them there moneys worth
I feel that creating and maintaining an active learning environment is paramount. We must remember that as much as our "work day" can sometimes seem mundane, to our students it is their education.
