Vocabulary and terms
When you have a multicultural students in a group is is important to teach vocabulary and terms they can understand.

I am sure it does spark discussion! It is, however, an excellent point.

We discuss, in class, that educated people train themselves to view and observe others' thoughts with respect. Each individual has views based upon their past, education, upbringing, and -age-learned experiences. This seems to spark discussion.

Excellent point. It is always amazing how others interpret things even with the same primary language. Adding in individuals from different cultures makes it even more of a challenge.
