you must display your self in a manner which the student will feel comfortable, and also feel he or she will be getting what they expected for the time and money they invested.
I do understand this, but on our case, we need to be more patient, and calm at the same time continues guiding our student to the lesson or tasked they need to completed.
It's seem difficult to to get them comfortable, or they lay back and take an easy way out. I feel that if you just let get them comfortable, I see student take advantage to the situation. I feel I need to give them a little challenges, and the same time as instructor display strong knowledge on the topic, so the student Respect us..
Students must feel comfortable with their instructor. Career students want instructors who they respect, who display professionalism, and are competent in their field.
I think motivating our students is very crucial to their learing, we can achieve this by rewarding them with excellent attendance and care.
it is also important to tell students what the instructor expects of them and what students can expect from the instructor.
