why students enroll

in my practices i've found students enroll to get an edge over the competitor's in the job market. is nthat the wa others see enrolling students

I agree that students enroll because they need a work transition, but those who are not employed often enroll because they need a transition in their lives. They want to make a difference in their family life, they have reached a certain milestone in their life, or they want to impress a family member or group. Normally during every orientation session I ask each student "what is your goal/reason for being here."

Students enroll after coming to a realization that they need to transition from working every day jobs to focus on a career. Many see the value of a career to enhance financial success and be challenged to grow as a person.
