We have just started putting out a directory this let's the student know who to talk to where they are located the times that they are most likely available another thing that we have started We escort them to the dept. they are asking for that puts a personnal touch in it and also lets them know that we care

I think this is a great idea and I'm not sure if we have one for our students. I'ld venture a guess there is one on the student portal. I will check into this. I do know that I will suggest to them to meet with our Program Directors and they often do not have a clue who that is. So do we not a directory or do they not pay attention.
